In unusual and unexpected circumstances, HUD personnel were treated to a rude shock when one of the cafeteria television sets began to air an AI-generated deepfake video of Donald Trump and Elon Musk in a weird situation.
A Bizarre Display at HUD
WOW! This actually just happened!
The Monitors were just hacked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to display an AI video of Trump licking Elon Musk’s toes.
The caption over it read: “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING.” pic.twitter.com/11JWuH2XfZ

While the rest of the HUD staff were busy with their mission of making housing fair and affordable for all, somebody had seemingly taken over the cafeteria television to show a manipulated video wherein Trump is seen in an overblown intimate interaction with Musk’s feet.
The video, which had originally been posted online, appears on the cafeteria screen from the ceiling, attracting the attention of everyone present. The clip shows a Donald Trump lookalike kissing or tending to Musk’s toes, and the picture is captioned: “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING.”
Social Media Erupts
As it was expected, the internet erupted with a reaction to the surreal clip. Vox journalist Rachel Cohen was one of the first to share a recording of the video from the HUD cafeteria, triggering a frenzy of reactions on Twitter.
One user sounded disturbed and entertained simultaneously saying, “This is so funny but disgusting as well.”
Another pointed out something odd with the video: “Bro has two left feets.”
A third user added: “That is not kissing. Whatever that is, I don’t want to define it.”
Meanwhile, some offered an opposing view, with one person jokingly asking: “Funny but isn’t it kinda more the other way around?”
Even members of the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services joined in saying with humor: “Not all heroes wear capes.”
Mystery Behind the AI Footage
It remains unclear who had the spirit to put the deepfake video on air inside the federal building. Social media had already reportedly seen footage before the incident, with yet another user claiming the video was adapted from an image they posted.
While the other side of the AI-generated spectacle lay in the digital world, Trump and Musk were busy conquering the real world. Just went out an email to all federal workforce members, cautioning them that to reply or be considered as resigned.
Further claimed was that Trump had been encouraging Musk, who heads DOGE for his administration, to go a bit harder- although maybe not quite the level of hardness shown in the now-infamous deepfake.
