BCCI announces IPL Auction 2025 schedule, retention rules, and coaching changes.

Auction Venue:

After the 2024 IPL auction in Dubai, there are discussions about relocating this year’s event to another Gulf city. Doha and Abu Dhabi have emerged as likely contenders for the venue. However, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has not officially announced the event’s final venue.

– Punjab Kings: Ricky Ponting, the former Australian cricket captain, has been appointed as the head coach of the Australian national cricket team, replacing his previous role as the head coach of the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League.
